Picture above shows our newly-designed Intracranial Model, which is 3D printed based on CT data from actual patient.
It replicates the complexity of intracranial vasculature, running from PCA to carotid artery.
Various pathology, such as aneurysm and thrombus can be added at designated position.
The model is fixed on two head-shaped acrylic platforms for stereoscopic simulation.
It can be connected with pump to form a mock circulation loop.
